I found the location very convenient, especially with the nearby metro station. the staff was always so helpful and friendly. i liked the complimentary coffee machine and water fountain available in the lobby. It was a thoughtful touch.

the lift was a bit small, barely fitting two people with luggage.

The breakfast selection included a cake station, a NICE touch for afternoon arrivals.

The room I was assigned had faulty air conditioning and became quite stuffy, A PROBLEM even in milder weather. Mosquitoes from an internal courtyard made sleeping difficult, and the hotel did NOT warn about this issue. I expect such details to be addressed promptly.

I found the location so central! it was super close to the subway, perfect for exploring. the hotel was clean, and the beds were comfy. I slept like a baby. i really loved the central location and the amazing staff.

The elevator was tiny. It was a bit of a squeeze with luggage.

The location is unbeatable, it's so close to everything! i was also really pleased with the breakfast. It offered good value for money and set me up perfectly for the day. the beds provided super comfort for the three nights i stayed.

the lift was quite small. it worked fine, but it would be tricky with large suitcases.

the staff was kind (they gave great suggestions for local spots!). the snack and drink zone was available all day, it was super convenient. i could easily access the bus and metro lines nearby. the location near opera made getting around easy.

i could hear some street noise, even with the windows closed.
